A: Frames/Rims/Wheels/Components: 2 Years' Warranty is offered, from the date of parcels signed for. More detail please check “warranty”

Q: Minimum order requirement of our products.

A: Personal customers which want DIY your bike can get our products only one piece as sample order (Bicycle frames for 1set, wheelset for 1 pair. carbon rims for 1pc. Components 1 pc.)

Q: Did we can customized apply painting and logos on the frame and rims.

A: Of cause it's acceptable,  

The painting cost of frames mainly consist of two parts: water decal cost + color paint and coating cost.

The water decal is used for letters (brand mark, logo or other words), and color paint is used on larger area position on the frame. 

The cost is according the colors you used in water decal and costing .

Q: What’s about the shipping？

A: Usually, our price is based on DDU mode, which is transported by Express, EMS / DHL / UPS or the transportation mode specified by you. If you have freight forwarding agent in Chinese mainland, we can also transport it to your freight forwarder.
